How to order

Ordering from us is easy!

We recommend creating an account initially, which means you can track your orders, view order history and keep your address book up to date to avoid duplicating data.

  1. Create an Almac Shop account

  2. Using the navigation menu, or the search functionality, find your desired items
    • Select the item(s) you wish to order.
    • Select quantity.
    • Select “Add to cart”.
    • Continue shopping until you have added all your desired items into the cart.
  3. Review your cart
    • Click the cart icon at the top of the screen.
    • Select “View cart”.
    • Edit quantities by clicking “Update cart”.
    • Remove items by selecting the “X” button to the right-hand side of the product entry.
    • Apply discount code if applicable.
  4. Check out
    • Enter your email address and password to sign in (if you haven’t already).
    • Alternatively, enter your email address and checkout as a guest.
    • Review & select / add shipping address.
    • Select shipping method.
  5. Choose a payment method
    • Enter credit card details via the PayPal option.
    • Alternatively, enter a PO number.
    • The discount code can also be applied at this stage if applicable.
    • Update billing address if appropriate.
    • Enter purchase order number if applicable.
  6. Review your order
    • The right-hand side of the screen will show the "Order Summary".
    • Click “Back to cart” if any edits are required.
    • The 'Ship to' box will show the place of shipment which can be edited.
    • Shipping method will show how the item will be shipped which can be edited.
    • Click “Place Order” to complete the checkout process and submit your order.
